Sarah Le Roy is vice president of talent management at Linkage. She leads Linkage’s assessment practice and oversees the executive recruiting business. Le Roy joined Linkage following a 20-year career in the financial services, consulting and technology businesses where she focused predominately on human capital and talent management. Previously, she held leadership positions in both start-ups and more established companies, such as Goldman Sachs, where she managed experienced hire recruitment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition, she facilitated the assessment and acquisition of senior talent into portfolio businesses.
